Our teams are selected through a blind-draft process.  The goal of our draft is to ensure that the teams are as evenly balanced as possible.  We will not "stack" teams and want all of our teams to have the same opportunity to compete.  Because our goal is team parity, we do NOT honor requests that your child be placed on a team with certain players or be assigned to a specific coach.  However, unless parents request otherwise, we will place siblings together.  We do our best to make balanced teams throughout WSLax. Please understand that although we do our best to make the teams even, sometimes we get different results.
