Summer Camp at Forsyth Country Day School 

Girls Lacrosse Camp
Join coaches Lauren Donovan and Joel Zendel for a week of Girls’ Lacrosse Camp. Our goal is to improve personal and team skills, while still having fun! Younger players and beginners will learn /hone basic skills such as throwing and catching, ground balls, player positions, and team skills. Older, more experienced players will improve their skills through scrimmage, non-dominant hand practice, and defense and offense positioning.
- Dates: June 17 - 21 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Cost: $150
- Age Groups: Rising 3rd - 9th Grade
Boys Lacrosse Camp
Boys' Lacrosse Camp is geared towards players of a variety of skill levels for those entering 2nd-8th grades. The camp combines simple to moderate Lacrosse training from an excellent staff implementing loads of fun experiences. The focus will be on teaching skills and concepts through drills and into live game situations in order to strengthen players' confidence to make quality decisions on the field.

Summer Camp at Summit School
Boys Lacrosse Camp June 24-28, 9am - 2pm, Grades 4th - 9th
--- Camp Leader- Ryan Mihalko
--- $250 (lunch included)
--- An exceptional lacrosse experience! Join other student athletes from around the Triad for an exciting week of camp and become a better lacrosse player! 
--- Open to boys from any school or team and all skill levels
--- Players will concentrate on all aspects of the game, working on the individual skills needed for all positions
--- Fundamentals of individual play with fast paced drills, position specific breakouts, half-field work sessions, and full field scrimmages, within a positive environment.
--- Campers will be divided into small groups based on ability and age.
--- Required equipment: lacrosse stick, mouth piece, protective cup, cleats
--- Bring your own or borrow from Summit: helmet, gloves, full pads
--- Ryan Mihalko is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he competed in football as well as track & field. He has taught physical education for over 22 years and has coached multiple sports for 27 years. He has been coaching lacrosse for 6 years and wants to encourage participation in this fast-paced game.
